Reanne represents startup, private, and public companies in the technology, life sciences, blockchain and fintech industries. She regularly advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including day-to-day counseling, wrongful termination disputes, workplace investigations, and executive and restrictive covenant agreements. Reanne has significant experience guiding clients through employment-related issues in financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

As a trusted advisor, Reanne routinely guides clients through classification audits involving salary transparency, employee classification, and employee exemption status. She also counsels corporate clients on the legal and strategic complexities of workforce reductions.

Reanne has defended employers in single- and multi-plaintiff actions involving claims of trade secret misappropriation, commission disputes, whistleblower retaliation, and FEHA violations, including in court, mediation and arbitration.

Dedicated to helping provide equal access to representation, Reanne also has an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Reanne was an associate at an Am Law 50 firm. She is a 2018 graduate of the National Employment Law Council’s Academy Fellowship.
