Reanne represents startup, private and public companies in the technology, life sciences, blockchain and fintech industries. She regularly advises clients on day-to-day employment matters, wrongful termination disputes, workplace investigations, and executive and non-compete agreements. Reanne has extensive experience guiding clients through employment issues in financings, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
Reanne is a trusted advisor to her clients and routinely assists with classification audits related to salary transparency, employee classification and employee exemption status. She also helps corporate clients navigate the intricacies of a reduction in force while minimizing legal risk and advising on employee rights.
Reanne has defended clients in single and multi-plaintiff employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation, including in court, mediation and arbitration.
Dedicated to helping provide equal access to representation, Reanne also has an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Reanne was an associate at another leading law firm. Reanne is a graduating fellow of the National Employment Law Council’s 2018 Academy.
