Fenwick Represents Databricks in its Pending Acquisition of Einblick

Fenwick represented Databricks, a data and AI company, in its acquisition of the team at Einblick, a developer of a next-generation, AI-enhanced, data science and analytics notebook platform.

The transaction of Einblick, which was founded by researchers from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Brown University, strengthens Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform capabilities, to natively provide natural language interfaces and insights for expert and non-expert users.
