Will advises technology clients on a broad spectrum of litigation issues, including privacy and data security, complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and consumer class actions. He has investigated and litigated privacy claims related to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Electronic Communications Privacy Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act, and California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. Will has also assisted clients with matters involving unfair competition, false advertising, common law fraud, and breach of contract.

Will maintains an active pro bono practice and has worked regularly with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights to help clients who are seeking asylum.

During law school, Will served as a managing editor for the UCLA Law Review and as president of the Asia Law Organization.
