Meghan Fenzel concentrates her practice on litigation in trial and appellate court for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. She also has experience counseling clients on privacy, information security matters and litigation risk regarding business practices and technology design.
During law school, Meghan served on the executive committee of the California Law Review and the editorial board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She launched Berkeley’s election law pro bono project. Meghan interned for the Electronic Frontier Foundation and externed for the Honorable Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to law school, Meghan worked in international democracy and governance. She remains engaged in pro-democracy initiatives.
