Over the course of his career, Krishnan (KP) has developed a reputation as a trial lawyer for leading technology companies in their most important disputes, and for providing day-to-day counsel regarding patent litigation strategies, risks, and opportunities. He represents clients in an array of complex technologies, including telecommunications, networking, semiconductors, and medical devices.
Prior to practicing law, he worked as an engineer focused on commercial and next generation semiconductor technology for a major aerospace corporation. KP relies on this background to develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, and to apply that knowledge to develop creative solutions.
