Fenwick’s exploration of Generative AI mirrors our clients’ innovative approach, leveraging technology to be more efficient, responsive, and creative in how we deliver our services. We are an early adopter of technologies and make substantial investments in technology tools and processes—allowing us to deliver best-in-class legal services more effectively. Our AI task force is leading exploration and experimentation of generative AI, and the firm is currently involved in expanded trials of the following SOC 2 compliant software platforms and have integrated CoPilot into our Office 365 Microsoft suite of tools.


      • Crane Patents is an invalidity contentions tool that uses AI to analyze prior art, create heatmaps, and prepare near-final claim charts for patent litigation matters.
      • Harvey AI is a generative AI platform tailored for legal professionals, offering tools for routine workflows such as drafting and editing, redlining, document summaries and analysis, and translations.
      • Hebbia is designed for legal teams needing deep search and analysis across large volumes of documents, making it well-suited for due diligence, investigations, and discovery. Using their Matrix system, Hebbia excels at extracting insights from complex, unstructured data and providing customized output in a modifiable grid format.
      • Microsoft CoPilot is an AI-powered assistant designed to enhance productivity and streamline workflows across various Microsoft platforms.
