Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB), the leading social media site, in its acquisition of Two Big Ears, designer of immersive and interactive audio applications and tools. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow Two Big Ears to scale their technology as they continue powering immersive audio experiences.
