Fenwick Represents Hewlett-Packard in its Acquisition of Eucalyptus

Fenwick & West represented Hewlett Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ), in its recently announced acquisition of Eucalyptus Systems, Inc., provider of open source software for building private and hybrid enterprise clouds. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
