Fenwick & West represented Loggly, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based log monitoring and log analytics software, in its acquisition by SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC, a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Loggly acquisition will complement SolarWinds’ existing portfolio of SaaS-based cloud monitoring solutions and advance the company’s strategy to deliver a fully integrated, SaaS-based platform that is both comprehensive and simple.
