Fenwick Represented Cisco in Acquisition of Perspica

Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), in its pending acquisition of Perspica Inc., the first acquisition to support and accelerate Cisco’s AppDynamics vision through the expansion of machine learning capabilities. The acquisition is expected to close in Cisco’s second quarter of fiscal year 2018, following the customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
