Fenwick & West represented Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm, in its strategic investment in ESO Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of software to emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals and healthcare professionals nationwide. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
