Fenwick Represents Anyscale in Additional $99 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Anyscale, a San Francisco-based company enabling instant scaling of AI applications, in its additional $99 million Series C financing. The round was co-led by Addition and Intel Capital with participation from Foundation Capital. The funding follows the $100 million Series C funding round announced in December 2021.

Anyscale will use the new capital to build out its distributed AI computing platform. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
