Fenwick Represents Aurora Solar in $20 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick & West represented Aurora Solar Inc., a leading software platform for distributed solar, in its $20 million Series A financing led by Energize Ventures, with participation from S28 Capital and existing investor Pear.
