Fenwick Represents Bugcrowd in $102 Million Growth Financing

Fenwick represented Bugcrowd, a developer of an AI-powered crowdsourced security platform, in its $102 million growth financing. The round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Rally Ventures and Costanoa Venture.

Bugcrowd will use the funds to accelerate growth across EMEA, APAC, and the United States, fund continued innovation into the Bugcrowd Platform, and leverage opportunities for strategic M&A. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
