Fenwick represented Chubbies, a men’s outdoor apparel e-commerce brand, in its acquisition by Solo Brands, a family of distinctive and adventurous lifestyle businesses.

Joining Solo Brands will allow Chubbies to continue building its brand and deliver better customer experiences to its community through Solo Brands’ direct-to-consumer platform. More information can be found in Chubbies’ announcement about the agreement and in Solo Brands’ announcement.
