Fenwick Represents Cisco in Agreement to Acquire Kenna Security

Fenwick represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology that powers the internet, in its agreement to Kenna Security, a market leader in risk-based vulnerability management.
