Fenwick Represents Cisco in Agreement to Acquire Opsani

Fenwick represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), a worldwide leader in technology that powers the internet, in its agreement to acquire Opsani, a privately held enterprise software company.

The acquisition of Opsani will further enable Cisco AppDynamics to grow its product and engineering team; expand the platform’s capabilities to better observe enterprise-scale, cloud-native environments; and accelerate its path to availability and the delivery of the performance and optimization their customers’ demand.
