Fenwick Represents Cisco in its $610 Million Acquisition of Viptela

Fenwick & West represented Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO), in its acquisition of Viptela Inc., a privately held software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) company. Cisco will acquire Viptela for $610 million in cash and assumed equity awards. More information is available through the announcement on Cisco’s website.
