Fenwick Represents Cobalt Robotics in its $35 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Cobalt Robotics, Inc., a physical security service provider that builds indoor autonomous robots to make security and facility operations more effective, in its $35 million Series B financing, led by global technology investment firm, Coatue.
