Fenwick Represents Coinbase in Acquisition of Bison Trails

Fenwick represented Coinbase, a secure platform for buying, selling and storing cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum and more, in its acquisition of Bison Trails, an early pioneer in fully managed blockchain infrastructure whose platform has helped to accelerate the adoption of blockchain technology around the world.
