Fenwick Represents Commonstock in $25 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Commonstock, a broker-agnostic social platform that amplifies investing knowledge, in its $25 million Series A financing. The financing round was led by Coatue and included participation from QED, Floodgate, Upside Ventures, Resolute Ventures and Abstract Ventures.

Commonstock will use the funds to further its mission of expanding access to investing knowledge by continuing to build out its platform. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
