Fenwick Represents Cosmos in $15M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented Cosmos, a platform that helps creative professionals collect, organize, and collaborate on visual inspiration through customizable content clusters, in its $15 million Series A funding. The round was co-led by Shine Capital and Matrix, with participation from GV, Accel, Plug and Play, and Anothony Casalena, founder and CEO of Squarespace.

Cosmos will use the funds to continue developing its social graph for discovery and a system for restoring credit to images. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
