Fenwick Represents Cotool in $7.4M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Cotool, a developer of an AI-assisted security platform intended to automate repetitive security workflows and investigations, in its $7.4M Seed financing. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from WndrCo and a group of angel investors.

Cotool will use the funds to build the agent operating system for security teams. More information can be obtained here.
