Fenwick Represents Electroflow Technologies in $10M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Electroflow Technologies, a developer of electrochemical technology designed to streamline and reduce the cost of producing lithium in the United States, in its $10M Seed funding. The round was co-led by Union Square Ventures and Voyager Ventures with participation from Fifty Years and Harpoon Ventures.

Electroflow Technologies will use the funds to continue its mission of unlocking global energy abundance by creating the lowest-cost lithium-iron-phosphate in the world. Additional information can be obtained here.
