Fenwick Represents Elevate Security in Series A1 Financing

Fenwick represented Elevate Security, a human risk management platform, in its $8.25 million Series A1 financing. The investment round was led by the Foundry Group, with additional investments from Salesforce Ventures and Shasta Ventures. Existing investors Costanoa Ventures and Defy also participated.
