Fenwick Represents Emergence Capital in Layer’s $6.6M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Emergence Capital, a venture capital firm, in Layer’s $6.6 million Seed funding. The round was led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Better Tomorrow Ventures.

Layer, builder of intuitive financial tools that combine smart design with embedded distribution, will use the funds to expand its core accounting software and scale its AI-powered bookkeeping to an even broader set of partners and industry use cases.
