Fenwick Represents Emerson in Acquisition of Fluxa

Fenwick represented Emerson, a global technology and software company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial, commercial and residential markets, in its acquisition of Fluxa, a developer of process and knowledge management software intended to accelerate the speed to market for new therapies.

The acquisition of Fluxa will build on Emerson’s leading software and solutions portfolio and life sciences expertise. More information can be obtained from Emerson’s announcement.
