Fenwick & West represented Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ:FB), the leading social media site, in its recently announced acquisition of Wit.ai, Inc., developers of an open, distributed, community-based platform that makes it easy for developers to build apps that users can talk to. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
