Fenwick Represents Hone in Seed Financing with Cowboy Ventures

Fenwick & West represented Hone Group Inc., the reimagined workplace training platform for modern and distributed teams, in its seed extension round. The financing was led by existing investors Cowboy Ventures, Harrison Metal, Slack Fund and Reach Capital, along with new investors Firework Ventures and NextGen Venture Partners.

The financing will allow Hone to build out its platform, including a video experience and building more content, as well as support inbound demand and leadership in general. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
