Fenwick Represents Hyphen in $24 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Hyphen, an automation company that uses software and robotics to help improve efficiency and consistency in commercial kitchens, in its $24 million Series A financing. The round was led by Tiger Global and included participation from additional investors Steve Fredette, Co-founder and President of Toast, Inc., Marc Rowan, Co-founder and CEO of Apollo Global Management, Donald Moore, former Chief Culinary Officer and EVP at The Cheesecake Factory, among others.

Hyphen will use the new capital to build out their factory, expand into new markets, invest in R&D for next-generation products, and deploy with customers across the United States. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Michael Brown and included associates Ryan McRobert and David Heckman.
