Fenwick & West represented Insightly, Inc., a leading online customer relationship management application (CRM) for small and growing businesses, in its $25 million Series C Financing. The round was led by Scott Bommer, former founder of SAB Capital, with participation from existing investors Emergence Capital Partners, Cloud Apps Capital Partners and Sozo Ventures.
Insightly will use the funds to further accelerate its growth into larger businesses and build out its direct sales team.
