Fenwick Represents Invoca in $83 Million Series F Financing

Fenwick represented Invoca, a cloud AI-powered conversation intelligence for revenue teams, in its $83 million Series F financing at a valuation of $1.1 billion. The round was led by Silver Lake Waterman with participation from Upfront Ventures, Accel, H.I.G. Capital and Industry Ventures.

Invoca will use the new capital accelerate product innovation through organic development and acquisitions. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
