Fenwick Represents Koop in New Funding Round

Fenwick represented Koop, an insurance technology company focused on the robotics ecosystem, in its new funding round. The round was led by Alley Robotics Ventures with participation from Fusion Fund, Ubiquity Ventures, Bee Partners, WestWave Capital and Sure Ventures.

Koop will use the new capital to scale distribution of its proprietary insurance products and risk-control tools for robotics and autonomous vehicle risks. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
