Fenwick Represents Canopy Connect in $6.5 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Canopy Connect, a platform for collecting, verifying, and monitoring insurance information, in its $6.5 million Series A financing. The round was led by Nevcaut Ventures with participation from Elefund, Nimble Partners, LocalGlobe, 9Yards Capital, Global FinTech Venture Partners and more.

Canopy Connect will use the funds to accelerate growth and double down on delivering connected insurance capabilities. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
