Fenwick Represents Kyte in $30 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Kyte, a technology platform connecting professional fleet owners with rental customers, in its $30 million Series A financing.

The financing round was led by Park West Asset Management and Sterling Road, with participation from new and existing investors, including DN Capital, Amplo, 1984 Ventures, FundersClub, Moving Capital, Rosecliff Ventures, Seraph Group, Unpopular Ventures, Urban Innovation Fund and the founders FlixBus. It follows a $9 million seed round in late 2020, bringing the company’s total capital raised to more than $40 million.

Kyte will use the capital for product development, geographic expansion and growth across new product lines. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
