Fenwick Represents Landis in Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Landis, a startup that uses technology and data science to help renters reach homeownership, in its Series A equity financing. Led by Sequoia Capital, the Series A round also included participation from Roc Nation’s venture capital platform Arrive, Will Smith’s Dreamers VC as well as existing investor Signia Venture Partners.

Landis will use the funds to help more Americans on their path to homeownership by expanding to new states, hiring talent nationwide and providing a better experience to their clients, partner agents and lenders. More information can be obtained from Landis’ announcement.
