Fenwick Represents Levels in $12 Million Seed Financing

Fenwick represented Levels, a biowearable system that provides feedback on how your diet impacts your metabolism, in its $12 million seed financing round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The round also includes participation from angel investors, including Netflix co-founder and first CEO Marc Randolph, former Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington and NBA Cleveland Cavaliers player Matt Dellavedova.

Levels will use the financing to bring biowearables into the mainstream and help users to improve metabolic health and fitness. More information can be obtained from Levels’ announcement.
