Fenwick Represents MOLOCO in $150 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented MOLOCO, a leader in machine learning and growth solutions for mobile app marketers and e-commerce companies, in its $150 million Series C financing. The round was led by Tiger Global Management and included participation from existing investors. MOLOCO has now raised a total of $200 million to date, and the latest financing gives the company a $1.5 billion valuation.
