Fenwick Represents Nimble Robotics in $50 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Nimble Robotics Inc., a robotics and e-commerce fulfillment technology company, in its $50 million Series A financing. The round was led by DNS Capital and GSR Ventures with participation from Accel and Reinvent Capital, among others.

The capital raised will further accelerate the company’s hiring plans, product and technology development and scaling of robot deployments for its customers’ fulfillment operations. More information about the deal can be found through Nimble Robotics' announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Mark Leahy and included associates Tracy Kennberg, Harrison Dilday and law clerk Anja Kong.
