Fenwick Represents Nirvana Insurance in $100M Series D Funding

Fenwick represented Nirvana Insurance, an AI-based commercial insurance platform for the trucking industry, in its $100 million Series D funding. The round was led by Valor Equity Partners with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst.

Nirvana will use the funds to expand its AI-powered operating system for insurance, deepen investment in the data flywheel that drives better outcomes, and extend the platform to solve new challenges for fleets. More information can be obtained here.
