Fenwick Represents Omni Analytics in $20M Financing
Fenwick represented Omni Analytics, a provider of a business intelligence platform that combines a shared data model with SQL, in their $20 million financing led by Theory Ventures.
Omni will use the funds to continue to build its platform. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
The transaction was led by corporate partners Lara Foster and Ran Ben-Tzur and included associates Erica Sun and Siobhan McGurk.
