Fenwick & West represented OpenDNS, a privately held security company, in its sale to Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO). Under the terms of the agreement, Cisco will pay $635 million in cash and assumed equity awards, plus retention based incentives for OpenDNS.
