Fenwick Represents Panoramic in $35 Million Financing

Fenwick & West represented Panoramic, an enterprise SaaS company, in its $35 million financing round from notable investors such as Affinity Group, a TPG Growth company.

Panoramic will use the new funds to grow existing markets, deepen brand and agency partnerships, and continue to invest in AI-powered solutions designed specifically for marketing analytics. More information about the financing can be obtained from Panoramic’s announcement.
