Fenwick Represents Passbase in $10 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Passbase, an identity verification infrastructure company, in its $10 million Series A financing. The round was led by Costanoa Ventures, with participation from Lakestar, Eniac Ventures and Cowboy Ventures.

Passbase will use the funding to scale their product suite and simplify policy management for cryptocurrency, fintech and other businesses using Passbase for identity verification services to meet rapidly changing global compliance requirements.
