Fenwick & West represented Peixe Urbano, Inc., one of Brazil’s largest e-commerce sites, in its recently announced sale of control to Baidu Inc. (NASDAQ:BIDU), one of the world’s largest internet companies and global search services on the web. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
