Fenwick Represents Qualio in $50 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Qualio, a cloud quality management system software for the entire life sciences ecosystem, in its $50 million Series B financing. The round was led by Tiger Global, with participation from Menlo Ventures and existing investors Frontline Ventures, MHS Capital, Operator Partners, Sorenson Ventures and Storm Ventures.

Proceeds from the financing round will support Qualio's efforts to expand accessibility of their electronic quality management software and services for life sciences customers at global scale. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
