Fenwick Represents Reddit in $200 Million Financing

Fenwick & West represented Reddit in its $200 million financing. Investors in the round included Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital, among others. The company will use the funds for a number of internal product and business efforts, including a redesign of the Reddit homepage.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Sayre Stevick, Morgan Sawchuk, Jennifer Hitchcock, Jennifer Cho and Jason Parkin.
