Fenwick & West represented RentJuice Corporation, a San Francisco-based company that provides rental relationship management software for landlords, property managers and rental brokers, in its agreement to be acquired by Zilllow, Inc. (NASDAQ: Z), the leading real estate information marketplace, for $40 million in cash.
