Fenwick Represents Rhyme in Acquisition by Coursera
Fenwick & West represented Rhyme Softworks, an online platform for hands-on projects, in its acquisition by Coursera, an online education platform.
Rhyme’s virtual teaching mechanisms will be utilized to extend the capabilities of Coursera Labs. More information about the deal can be obtained from Coursera’s announcement.
The Fenwick transaction team included corporate partner Mark Stevens and associates Ryan Slunaker and Shen Zhang.
