Fenwick & West represented Ripple Foods, a maker of dairy-free milk, in its $30 million Series B financing. The round was led by GV and included participation from Prelude Ventures, Tao Capital Partners, Tim Koogle, Khosla Ventures, S2G, Collaborative Fund, Blueberry Ventures, Seth Goldman, and Radicle Impact.
